Solder Alloys

DKL Metals are the UK's leading independant manufacturer of tin/lead and lead free solders and alloys for all industrial applications. These alloys are manufactured in accordance with our approved Quality Management System BS EN ISO9001:2000 and our Environmental Management System EN-ISO- 14001(1996). Our fully equipped in-house laboratory ensures consistant quality and performance of all our standard and customer specified solder porducts.
 

DKL Metals produce soft solders for a wide variety of applications including plumbing, heat exchanger manufacture, cable jointing, stained glass work, dipping, and a more specialised range for soldering of aluminium, high temperature applications etc. We use the current BS EN 29453:1994 range as our bench mark but also still manufacture to the obsolete BS219:1977 standard where required. We also offer a customer specified alloying service based on other national and international standards or unique to their specific requirement.
