DKL Metals offer a comprehensive range of fusible
alloys, which owe their primary importance to the
fact that, the melt at a relatively low temperature.
These alloys are mostly based on bismuth/tin/lead
with, where required, the addition of indium, gallium
and cadmium etc. Our standard lowmelt range incorporates
most of the common alloys melting from 47°C
to 183°C where traditional soft solder alloys
take over. These alloys have a wide variety of
end uses including optical lens grinding, safety
devices, tube bending, foundry patterns, press
tools and radio therapy shielding etc.
Given the wide range of chemical specification
and physical properties available in our lowmelt
range we would ask that you contact
us with your
individual requirement and we will be happy to
assist.
