chosen your lead free alloy system it is
important to ensure these alloys are not
mixed with other
lead-free solders nor tin/lead. To assist
in easy identification all DKL branded
lead free
alloys are engraved, "lead free",
stamped with grade and unique batch number
and packaged in either green or green and
white cartons readily identified with RoHS
compliant
lead free artwork. Each bar can be individually
labelled at additional cost using our "Identibar" labelling
system where required.

E-Qual 96TSC alloy is a proprietary alloy
of composition 95.5%tin 3.8%silver 0.7%
copper. It may be regarded as a refinement
of the established Sn96.5 Ag3.5 (Sn96,
96S) binary eutectic alloy. Although many
solutions have been proposed to meet the
requirements for a lead free alloy to replace
standard tin/lead solders, E-Qual 96TSC
offers significant benefits to users over
