DKL Metals are the UK’s largest producer of ultra-pure solder alloys for the electronics assembly and HASL industry across Europe. We are the only UK licensed source for all four of the most popular, proven lead-free solutions. Since 1986 DKL Metals have continued to expand their product range and knowledge encompassing all tin and tin/lead based alloys for applications across a wide range of industries. But did you know we are renowned for our casting alloys?

Our Casting Alloy range covers all alloys from lead-free pewter to low cost lead-based specifications. These alloys are used across a wide range of industries including military models, fantasy figurines, costume jewellery, giftware and collectables.

The recommended pouring temperatures for all of our alloys are for guidance purposes only and the best pouring temperature is the lowest temperature at which you can achieve the best satisfactory results for your purpose. Please remember that excessive temperatures will lead to early mould degradation and will ruin your castings. We couldn’t stress enough that these alloys are intended for professionals only and are not to be used in non industrial environments.
