As one of the UK’s forefront manufacturers of high purity solders and alloys, we stock a range of lead free solder solutions to suit various requirements, supplying a number of electronic grade products including:
Solder Bar
We are the UK’s only licensed manufacturer of SN100C solder bar, a unique stabilised tin-copper-nickel + germanium eutectic lead free solder alloy which has been used in commercial production of printed circuit boards for over a decade. As one of the most successful, technically proven lead free solder bars available, SN100C is well recognised in the global electronics industry.
Solder Wire
We stock a selection of high-quality lead free solder wires which are manufactured in our well-equipped onsite laboratory. These include our DKL WIRE LF3135NC which is designed for applications that require higher activation with less residues, and our DKL WIRE LF2220NC which is designed for lead free hand soldering and repair.
In addition, we offer a range of lead free solid solder wires which are 3mm in diameter and are available on 3kg, 4kg and 20kg reels. Our solid solder wire provides many benefits from minimal thermal shock to low running costs and non-contact application.
Solder Paste
Our lead free, ready to use solder paste has excellent print and reflow characteristics, tack life and stencil life. We manufacture DKL Paste PF-32G FMQ, DKL Paste PF-25 FMQ and DKL Paste PF-26 FMQ – all of which are no-clean solder pastes which you can see the detailed specifications of here.
Fluxes
To meet the demands of the high operating temperatures involved in lead-free soldering, we manufacture lead free fluxes designed specifically for this environment. We stock EQ-392. No-Clean, EQ-355VOC. , Cobar 390-RX-HT Flux. , and Cobar 95-DRX+, which all provide unique characteristics for various applications.
SAC Alloys
We provide both E-Qual 96TSC SAC 387 alloy and E-Qual 96TSC SAC 305 alloy, which are lead free alloys designed for use in electronic grade applications. These SAC alloys are a strong all-round lead free alternative with good solderability and flux compatibility.
